Dear Scott, Our accuracy rate is a minimum of 85% and We always replace bad records. I have checked with our Sales and Accounts department about a customer name "Scott Richard" with $1000 USD project and your situation that you are claiming, unfortunately we never had any situation like with a customer called Scott. If you have mistaken us by some other company or even you think that's totally Accurate List Inc. you are talking about, please go ahead and charge legal actions. No one should get the wrong data and not get replaced. And, We will even help you with charging legal actions on the fraud company who sold you the wrong list for $1000 USD.

Total scam, run away ! I've bought a $1000 USD list which is totaly not the right target. They promised it would be replaced or reimbursed : nothing. Not a single word after they sold the file. "don't do any business with them!!

Accurate List Inc. is established a strong focus on customer satisfaction. We never had a customer saying 95% bounce rate, or at least 15%. We have checked our clientele and we never worked with a person called "Emily Maynard". We believe you are from one of our competitors with a Fake name and Fake account. Do you even know who is Emily Maynard? Thankfully, Nowadays, people are smart and they know what is a genuine review and what is a fake review. I request Google to remove fake reviews with a profile created to just to write a fake review with a fake name, fake picture and with no other online activity without a company name or any other information about the project.

SCAM!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! Poor and unprofessional business practices. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY- they provide irrelevant data and claim that their contacts are viable. The list was totally unusable. Not to mention it was probably the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. They offered to update the list and then provided a second list which had almost a 95% bounce rate !!STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!
