hi im sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your hair . as a salon we really do try to achieve what clients want . our team are trained to check all the way through the cut to be sure the guest is happy and also at the end . im sorry you felt the need to go to another salon when a call would have had you straight back in to check your hair over . again im sorry that you left feeling disappointed. regards the works .

I loved the ambience and service from most of the staff, unfortunately I left with the worst haircut I ever gotten. I did show her a picture but when she finished it looked nothing like it. I was clearly unhappy and told her, she tried to make adjustments but after a few minutes she lost interest, charged me 75 pounds and sent me on my way. I then have to make an appointment with another hairdresser to try to fix it (another 30 pounds wasted) but she had cut it too short and there wasn't much to be done. I'll have to wear a hat for a while. I
Excellent hairdressers - Amy is a brilliant stylist, the place is well maintained, cups of tea provided. Anthony runs a great salon - I'd trust anyone he employs with my business.
