I am sorry you were unhappy with your visit. Our offer was to hold back one of the hats we were producing for our store for you. Hats were on order but not received yet when you came back in. At that time you put in an actual order. Our standard turnaround time is 10 business days. We worked with the vendor when notified of a backorder status for when stock would be replenished. We understand you wanted your hat. We wanted ours too! When a vendor is out of an item there's not a lot we can do. There is also a lot of work that gets done on jobs prior to product ever arriving! To offer a quick solution we had the vendor send the same item in grey instead of black to offer you so you did not have to wait. That solution was rejected so we offered to refund your money since you did not want to wait for the hats to arrive once off backorder.

Ordered a hat was told it would be ready in a week.... went back a week later told another week he was working on them so go back in another week ! To be told the hat were on back ordered!! How when you were working on them a week ago?!?!? Seems they have a few to many orders they can handle!

My shop has an order for stickers that we placed over SIX months ago, somehow still are not done. I've also seen examples of them stealing designs from companies such as "Vulgar USA" There's much better options in the Dayton area than these guys.

They have the worst service, I dont have any other choice but to order from them for my kids school shirts. I order and a week after I didnt receive a date for my order so I call and they told me that I need to wait for another week so I cancel my order so two weeks after Im still waiting for my money. I wish I can post pics DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!
