Nostril was marked and placement discussed before piercing, giving you the option to not get pierced or to continue. We also require proof of guardianship before piercing a minor and do not accept the I D of someone who is not the guardian. The issue with septum is the cartilage coming to far down to the medial crus , doing the piercing to take your money would be unprofessional. You seemed happy to me when leaving.

I went here to get a nose piercing and he marked it in the worst spot, when I told him it was too high up he would not move it for me. It was also overpriced. My sister and cousin wanted septum piercings and he said it was not possible and tried convincing them not to get it. Very unprofessional. Will not be coming back. Would rate it negative stars if I could. I do not know who my piercer was

My daughter wanted her septum piercing and with the whole Covid-19 going on it was a task to find somewhere to go. I was treated very poorly over the phone by another establishment and I have to say I am happy I was because even though it was a bit of a hike to get up to Ma-Zel it was worth it! She was super happy with her experience, she wanted to get both her septum and side of her nose done and rather than risk a potential infection in one was suggested to get one now and come back again once one was healed! We could have left with 2 piercings, a potential infection and less money but instead we left with an extremely happy teenager, one piercing in her, an unexpected piercing in Mom and a repeat customer for sure! Thank you so much for a great experience, we will be back again for sure! You have definitely earned our business for sure!
Was a bad connection call was dropped . Then answered phone again ,everyone knows we are polite and informative on the phone or in person.

Wow! I just called as a hopeful client and the person who answered hung up on me! When I called back, in the most unapologetic voice ever, he explained that I sounded computerized and he thought it was a fake call. Never once said sorry though, nothing even remotely close.... I then explained that what I was welcome back, how are you? His response which of course was said dryly and rudely: Why would I have been gone? Had to explain to this genius that I thought the shop would have closed in response to Covid so I was kindly welcoming back their business... Disgusted, I quickly advised him that he just lost me as a potential client. Screw talent; if you dont have class nor any interpersonal skills, I will not frequent your business, nor recommend it! Smdh......
