We bought a 2018 Cadillac XT5. First they told us they could get our payments where we wanted them, after 2 hours of waiting they came back and said payments was going to be fifty dollars more. I said Id buy it if they would tint the windows and put floor mats in it because it didnt have any. To this day Ive never seen the floor mats and we bought the car Oct. 12, 2021. Ive called and went there numerous times and they say theyre on back order.
They are doing classic bait and switch and dealers wonder why people hate going there. I am an experienced car buyer and understand the market pressure right now, but what Crain is doing is not acceptable. I found what i wanted on their website. Price list with 2487 dealer discount + 750 factory discount = 3237 off for total of 41893 So when i contact them I get a price of 49,776 45130 MSRP 1397 polysteel protection lol 459 splash guards - $99 direct from Mazda 295 wheel locks - $65 direct from Mazda 2495 Market Adjust =49776 LOL So advertise for 7883 less than you are actually asking....very honest. No chance of ever doing business with them

Luis Martinez was great. He went over all features of my new Mazda vehicle with me and showed me how to connect my phone to use them. I highly recommend him for your Mazda purchase.
This dealership did a bait and switch on us. Posted a vehicle we were interested in. Told us it was available and they would pull it for us. We drove 45 minutes to get there and test drove it. We love it and then was told someone else just bought it. Then they proceeded to show us several more vehicles that didnt even compare to the one we originally was interested in. My father recently passed away a month ago and this was my moms first time trying to purchase a vehicle without my dad so she was already emotional. We were paying cash and they thought they would put us in something else. Needless to say we left without buying and will not return.
