I used to think a lot about this place. I used to think a lot about the people that work there. Due to unforeseen circumstances in our past and my husbands health problems we didn't have the greatest payment history. I understand that is a problem and I realize that things were just the way they were at that time and we did the best we could. Yesterday on my way home from work, I stopped by to look at a vehicle that I was ready to go back today and pay cash for and not ask for financing. I had already gotten a loan with a good payment and great interest rate. But before I could even tell Tracy what my plans were, she bit my head of to make sure and tell me that she could not finance me because of my payment history. Well Tracy, guess what you just lost my business forever, and I'll not ever tell anyone to come see any of your cars or you again. Because you actually just lost two sales. My boss was coming this afternoon to buy the red ford truck you have for sale for cash on your lot to use as a work truck. So you just lost two sales. And by the way, WORD OF MOUTH goes a long way. I hope that if you ever face any problems in your life or if you ever have to have your leg amputated or face serious health issues that cause you to spend money you hadn't planned on that whoever you are dealing with is nicer to you than you were to me. And by the way, your cars might look good on the outside, and they might have a clean interior....................but buyer beware................TAKE IT TO YOUR OWN MECHANIC. Our explorer ended up having to have a lot of work done on it as well as the Pontiac. Do not bother responding to this review because I've said all I need to say. And I have nothing else to say about your company or your attitude.
