I initially had nothing but good things to say about them. Weve been in the house a little over a month and they helped with an issue that came back up from inspection to deal with plumbing. Fast forward to the other night we discovered flooring was wet and another plumbing leak behind the wall. I initially messaged Pierre to ask him if he had any inclination of what this could be. He responded that his plumber was on a big job and that they could possibly help in a few days. So I proceeded to get my own plumber to find the issue and we discovered the leak behind on the wall appears to have been happening for some time due to the rotten wood in the wall. I contacted Pierre again to ask if he could help repair the molded Sheetrock and rotten wood. There response was they would be here today to help patch it all up. He never showed up and then the said he wasnt sure if he would make it this week at all. I expressed the concerns of the wood being rotten that this issue has been present way before we purchased the house. He then proceeded to tell me the wood wasnt rotten before. The pictures show differently. He then called to tell me it wasnt really his responsibility anyway so I told him not to worry I would handle it. I just want anyone else to be aware so this doesnt happen to them. Also to add injury to insult are a few pictures from things from inspection that were supposed to be repaired but ended up not being fixed the proper way.

Pierre Ruizs restoration of our home after the August 2016 flood in Baton Rouge was absolutely fabulous! Pierre, his contractors, and all of the work crews were courteous, competent, thorough, and efficient. His overall management of the job was well organized, including a clear and accurate explanation of the billing. He showed us the tasks that he and his contractors could perform, and clearly identified aspects of the job where other vendors would be needed. He completed the work as quickly as possible, subject to scheduling constraints imposed by his suppliers during the busy flood recovery period. He always stayed in touch with us, and was accessible by phone, text message, Email, and in-person meetings. Throughout the process he gave our job a large amount of personal attention, which is a reflection of his professional approach to contract with a limited number of customers at any one time and perform well for each of them.
