The worst customer service and even worse quality of work. We delivered our shirts to them three weeks before our race and they said they would be done within two weeks. Two days before the race and they finally get it done. And we did not get what we wanted either. The designs and marking were off center and all over the place. Ink or smudges all over the shirts. I feel like they should pay us for ruining the shirts. Total botch job. I would not recommend them to anyone, EVER.
We waited until the last minute to order shirts and Cedar Ridge not only did them with time to spare but made the entire process simple and affordable. We love our shirts! Thank you!
The worst customer service I have ever had. I have done several orders with them, trying to support a local company, and I have had a problem every time. Very frustrated with their lack of concern over my orders.
