Ordered necessary equipment but 1 was left out. Customer service was good in reviewing missing item & reordering. However, I've been waiting 1 year for a traveling CPAP machine & they still don't have it in. Bummer!

I don't know who those people are that are rating this company 4 or 5 stars. They can't possibly be customers who have tried to call in. These people have the WORST phone tree and after 3 attempts I still haven't been able to reach customer service. I am a client who purchased a CPAP machine.

Nationwide Medical has been very attentive and responsive to my needs as a new CPAP user. When I struggled to adjust to the first full-face mask I tried, they suggested another I might try and shipped the new one quickly. It turned out to be a much better fit for my personal needs. I am very pleased with the service.

They are a complete fraud company they bill people and when you call to confront response is attacking back or we are terribly sorry and will stop further billing and they continue again! I urge you look into your bills and report them asap! My attorney is contacting federal and state departments to have them investigated hopefully locked up.
