If this is your first time Umrah, especially if anyone traveling who is sick and need help please DO NOT go with this travel agency. Lack of communication, no experienced guide and unorganized. You and your family will have to figure out everything once you're in Madinah and Makkah and there is no one to help or answer your questions when you are in Saudi. Also, they should get rid of this guy named 'NOUMAN', extremely rude, doesn't know how to communicate with others and no leadership skill at all. I don't know how this bad mannered person can be group leader where he doesn't have a single quality to lead or just even talk to others with respect. Everyone who were in our group shared the same experience. We got our lesson and regret now and wanted to warn others.

They worst place to get umrah visa from and the worst people to deal with. There is a guy called Nauman, has beard and looks a true practicing muslim, and he took my passport for getting me the visa and didnt send me the passport back till just 6 days were left to travel. Also i paid for my tickets and umrah. He filled out my name WAQAS AHMED SIDDIQUI instead of WAQAS JAVED SIDDIQUI, and he keept insisting to travel on this wrong name as the last name and first name are correct and thats what matters. I requested to issue me a new visa and after 6 days on the day of travel he told me they could not get it fixed. And he forged my name on my visa by scratching the middle name. I didnt travel and requested the refund as it was their mistake. Insitially this Nauman guy told me he will not refund me my visa fee 200$ but his superior told him to refund me so i got the check for a post date from Nauman, just in case if i dont travel on this visa. And he told me ill get a refund of tickets on my credit card. But later on what I got, he charged the flight cancellation penalty on my part and charged me 265$. Horrible human being horrible person. Because of his mistake he made me to pay. For the sake of Allah i wanted to go for Umrah, but neither i managed to go for umrah and also had to pay for his neglegence. Allah is there to see what my niat was and what he did with my Halal money. With my money where will he go? One day all of is have to stand infront of Allah. And Inshaa Allah, Allah will ask him this question.

I recently went on umrah in December with Brother Haroon and Sister Raheema. MashaAllah, they made the whole trip worthwhile. They always readily available for everyone's needs and answered all of our concerns. Sister Raheema made us feel extremely comfortable and she has such a heartwarming personality. I would definitely plan another trip with them in the future inshAllah.
