Absolutely not possible, we are always open until 6.30pm on a Wednesday, I checked our appointments schedule for that day and there were four clients in the salon plus 3 members of staff at the time Mr Reeves said he arrived. I checked our system for emails and sms messages sent to Mr Reeves they were all marked as sent and received, every email sent in this case two emails and two sms messages, on all our emails it clearly states our full address.. I can only believe that there has been misunderstanding, I called Mr Reeves to try explain that he might have gone to the building next door which he could have mistaken for our entrance. not realising this is was not number 35 Commercial Road, it was Mr Reeves first time appointment I think there lies the problem

Booked an appointment online. When I turned up they were closed. Why didnt you let me know. Why have an online booking system if youre not open.
