RUDE..RUDE..RUDE.. The guy that answers the phone is so disrespectful and rude. I cant imagine doing business with a company that has someone as rude as him working for them. When I said "good morning, how are you" his response was "yes, what do you need". Just Awful! I will take my business elsewhere.

They are nice people and will go out of their way to help you meet a deadline. They did my hats for me on one day. It'll take me a few days to determine if I like the hats. Currently, the placement looks off but it could be my eyes. I'm asking colleagues. Overall, not a bad experience. But the lettering placement on each hat is not the same. I'd try them again if I was guiding them. GREAT PRICES.
