This by far the worst company Ive ever worked for ..The m.o.ds are very rude they talk to you any kind of way. I feel bad for the ones that had to stick it out due to the flex schedule. Once I express my thoughts to mod and I mean she sat and listen ( Brittany) thought she was gonna say something but later find out they fired me and never said a word.

I started working for Urban Enterprises this past August, and its a fantastic company to work for. The work is fun and I get to see something new every shift. The MOD's are super nice and very helpful with any questions you may have about a shift, and are super flexible with scheduling. The owner has great hospitality not only for the client's, but for her employees as well. I would recommend this job to anyone who has the availability and enjoys working fun events. It's a great side hustle or a main hustle when you need it.

Urban Enterprises has been excellent to work with. Kim Johnson is the Concierge at Harlow Hall and is truly dedicated in her role. She is professional, friendly, and goes out of her way to ensure the homeowners are happy and enjoy the events there. The homeowners love her! The entire team at Urban Enterprises does a fantastic job of planning events that the community will enjoy participating in. The community has had the opportunity to meet their neighbors and have fun together.

Just got off the phone with the CEO inquiring about services and I must say she had poor customer service which explains why the rating of her business is around a 3.5 rating. She just lost a potential big client as I am disgusted with the company poor customer service. I would not recommend this business at all. The CEO was terrible about explaining to me how the company would be able to pass out flyers to college campuses. I definitely pass on using this service
