Iv used them a few times. I agree with the reviews the service is hit and miss and because they do not have a shortness of business there is an unwillingness to help. The prices are at the highest push. However the items I have purchased have been good and cannot complain about the quality. Parking a pain however that's not there fault the location is the location that's the customer job to make work.

Awful stitching, ruined at least few garments, staff arent friendly at all. I wouldnt recommend them at all. They are very quick in what they do in terms of not giving you the best options. Would never go back.

Dreadful customer service, unwilling to help, dismissive and rude. If this is their attitude towards paying customers I hate to think what their products are like. Save yourself the time and annoyance, go elsewhere, where customer service is at the forefront of any worthy business. To the owner, you should be disappointed with your staff!!!
