Hello Frank!!! You called demanding my name, and when I felt comfortable, I gladly gave it to you then said Id call you back when I was done with my customer. When I finished with my client (yes, 2 minutes later), I nicely called you back and you started explaining how you wanted your haircut, assuming youd automatically get a buzz cut. I explained how all of our stylists are fully qualified to cut all types of hair, yet you refused to agree. We are instructed to not answer the phone when we have a customer in our chair, but I did and once I realized it was going to be a longer call, I asked to call you back. Im sorry you saw it necessary to demand my name when I have the right to protect it, considering all of the sales calls and scam calls we get. You were blatantly arguing with me and I simply asked if you had called just to argue. After seeing this review on something that happened over a month ago, the answer is clearly yes. Please learn how to speak to women and employees of a profession you clearly know nothing about.

I called the store to see about coming in for a haircut the following day. I asked who I was speaking to and she refused to tell me her name !?! She then started rambling on about how she was busy and never should have answered the phone !?! She asked if she could call me back when she had time and I said of course, gave her my name and number, asked her name - refused again and said she'd call me later. She called me back in about 2 minutes ... ?? Too much to type to explain this ten minute conversation, but let me say it was BIZARRE !! After she was done RANTING at me I asked if she would then finally tell me her name. She said, "I am Lauren and I am the manager/owner." I couldn't believe that her behavior was that of an owner speaking to a potential customer. UNBELIEVABLE!!

Well came here to bring my twin boys to get a cut! Horrible, nothing from what I asked! I showed picture and never again will I step in here. Avoid coming. Feel bad doing this but horrible cut! Different cuts on both and nothing like what I asked. All I got was an I'm sorry! Wish I could post pictures but have no clue how!

Got a haircut here a week in a half ago.. My stylist was extremely opinionated and made me feel like my request was 'like everybody else'. It was rushed too because it was near the end of their shift. If you want a stressful haircut look no more. The cherry on top was at the end I said no gel, and the lady proceeded to put gel in my hair (it smelled terrible btw.. Had to shampoo like 3 times in a row to get rid of the scent) The place also has a redneck vibe to it LOL.. Very uhm, country-esque
