Hi Radost, We take every review with great consideration. From the time of sale we do everything in our power to ensure that our vehicle will be mechanically sound for the next owner. Being that it was a high mileage Mercedes that you had purchased. It is hard for us to predict issues that can occur in the future. We are truly sorry to hear that several months after the sale you experienced problems and that your warranty is giving you a hard time. As our first 1 star review we do not take this lightly, and are looking into a completely different Warranty program based on your experience with Warren-tech. I thought I was happy with my purchase here but did not write a review right away because I wanted to wait and see how the car will do. I was assured by New 2 U that I am buying a well maintained car in a very good shape. I drove it less than 3 months before I had to take it to the shop for engine issue. The Mercedes dealership quoted me over $9000 for the repairs (35 parts need replacement). And they are not making those repairs up, they are following the Mercedes standards. However, I was not too worried yet because I bought the warranty they offer - Mile Edge through Warrantech. Since the car was high on mileage, I thought getting the warranty will give me a piece of mind. Well ... my car is in the shop for over a month, they have sent their adjusters twice there, and are trying to get around of not paying for any of the repairs, and they will straight lie to you on the phone and try to delay the process to make you give up. So the warranty they sell is as low quality as the car I purchased.

"Inspected, serviced, and free from mechanical issues" as stated by them is not my experience. My husband and I bought a truck with a warranty from here. Within 5 months it required a trip to the mechanic. Turns out our $18,000 truck needs about $23,000 worth of work to get it on the road again and oh yeah, that warranty we paid for is no good because apparently this truck had a modification we didn't know about. If you enjoy being put in a real bad spot shop here.

Not a good company! They sell warranties that don't actually cover the lemon that they sell you. Speaking from experience.
