Since I live adjacent to Sky I cannot enjoy any sense of tranquility or peace due to this frat house apartment building. I am a nightshift healthcare worker which requires me to rest during the day, however, the pool parties that are held by Sky every weekend throughout the summer are incredibly invasive. Considering that the music at Sky is loud enough to disrupt my sleep across the street, I cannot imagine how their tenants must feel. My concerns have been completely dismissed by management. There are many others who have complained about this as well. The next step will be to file a noise complaint.

Apartments are pretty okay - nothing overly luxurious but decent enough quality interior. Staff is friendly and helpful. However - the windows in this building have the sound absorption capabilities of a sheet of paper. The building is extremely close to the Lincoln tunnel junction, and the incessant honking and road construction noise (well until after midnight) is audible in the bedroom as if it was next door (with the windows closed and in an apartment on the 37th floor). For a Luxury Apartment Id expect better sound insulation - almost impossible to deal with this high up, no idea what it must be like on the lower floors.

I lived here for a year in 2019. The service, location, and design are all good. The design of the apartment room is the most reasonable I have ever seen, although the room size is not big. You can often hear neighbors' noise or the sound of the dog barking, so sound insulation is worrying. The price is inevitably high in any case. When I left without any damage, the insurance company charged $700, which was too expensive for our damage. The most unfortunate thing is that I did not enjoy many community facilities due to the covid.

The building charged for a vanity damage for $500..., try to improve your bathroom exhaust system before charging your resident. Also, sometimes the elevators took more than two weeks to be fixed.., so there's a long line waiting for an elevator all the time... Luxury Apt? Dont think so : )
