Representative came to my business today and when I said I wasnt interested he was rude and completely unprofessional. I wouldnt use this company EVER, specifically because of him!!! Only after I posted this did I read some other reviews and there he is, Bill Herzog. Amazing he still has a job there.

This company are the biggest scam artist in my 23 years of being in business . They lie and tell you your rate will never go up in 5 years if you sign a contract . They promise a free credit card machine and then lock you into a 5 lease at 65.00 per month . My rates went up so much , when I call I'm in rate review since April no one can tell me anything , they give a run around and keep transferring you till you get disgusted and hang up . They hold your large legitimate transaction s for days . You call and they give you the run around . BEWARE OF MERCHANT LYNX SERVICES !!!!!!!! You deal with them your rear end will be very sore and you account empty .
