I never received product I paid for. I purchased 2 sweatshirts as Christmas gifts and was completely stiffed leaving me with no gift for my parents. I will be sending that inappropriate comment from Pete to the BBB how unprofessional !
I ordered a coat the end of March, and by April 20th it had arrived at a shipping center in Texas. I live in Washington state. When it still hadn't moved after 10 days I contacted JWear, and they told me that "the logistics display has signed for it. Contact your local USPS." I have been trying for the past week with no progress.
Susan Keelen,...as explained, you weren't going to receive the shirts,by Christmas,because of the time of your order. In addition, as also,explained...I AM NOT EMPLOYED BY JWEAR! JWEAR is my wholesaler and in no way is responsible for you not receiving your order. You dealt with ME,not JWear. It's completely unfair of you and quite immature to post reviews,like this about someone, who doesn't even know you. I am at JWEAR now,completING your order,by the deadline we agreed on, ...TODAY. Your order will be ready for pick-up,by 6pm TODAY,...AS EXPLAINED! I think you owe JWEAR an apology and should remove your comment about getting "stiffed". JWear,nor I do business, that way.
I have purchased several items from JWear: shirts, tanks, hoodies, sweatpants, etc. Some things were pre-printed, others I ordered and had personalized. I LOVE them all!!!!!! They are excellent quality and I love that they work with you to make sure you are ordering what you are envisioning. n top of that, their mission is AMAZING and I am thrilled to support them.
