I've donated here a few times, the staff is nice and not dismissive, which unfortunately is common with blood donation. its clear that their hours have changed drastically due to not having enough phlebs on staff, and if thats not the reason then come up with a better excuse. you call people every single day, even on easter sunday, that theres a massive blood shortage and youre desperate, but then youre never open? people have regular jobs and work, blood appointments take 2+ hours. open early, take a break, open late. people give you free blood that you sell to hospitals for profit, the least you can do is not whine incessantly about how no one wants to help.
