From start to an early finish, the worst property management company I have ever attempted to work with...they don't do what they say they will do in the time frame promised and are unresponsive to the clients needs. Because of their unprofessional treatment we missed out on other rentals we would have been able to get. Seems as if they don't realize the importance of making a such big decision. Worked directly with the owners...wow, how disappointing. I wish I had not wasted my time and money with them.

If you rent from them just make sure you don't leave anything of value behind while the cleaners are there to clean during move out! If anything goes missing, you can't ask about it because that'll make you a racist. And Adanailian will back the crew 100%. Great if your the cleaning crew, pretty crummy if your a renter. You've been warned...

I am incredibly disappointed with this property management company. They are there to collect your rent check and nothing more. Ive primarily dealt with Rose and she has been less than ideal. Without going in to detail, she lacks friendliness and basic customer service skills.
