This review is based solely on the customer service I received while searching for a reasonably priced haircut in SE. I had called Vinnie's to inquire about pricing and walk-ins and was connected with a very nice woman who gave me the information I was looking for. However, after a few minutes of searching around and making phone calls, I found a few cheaper places that would suit my needs better. I called to inform the Vinnie's staff that I would like to remove my appointment while politely explaining that I had found a place more in my price range. The woman who had answered laughed, and said "Thanks for calling to tell us we are TOO EXPENSIVE!" and slammed the phone down on the receiver, terminating the call. I am sure that Vinnie's offers great haircuts judging by the other reviews I have read, and I might have given them a chance, once my tight budget was loosened, but certainly not after being exposed to the unnecessarily rude attitude of its staff.
