I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. Whilst we do not make any promises to price match we are always happy to take a look at pricing and see if any improvements can be made, in fact if you were to look back at your transaction 613543 not only did we price match several products on the order we were also happy to exchange an item you had changed your mind on from a previous transaction. Unfortunately a price match is not always possible for a number of various reasons such as another dealer may have old stock that was purchased at a lower price or they may have old stock that they are looking to clear out, the list goes on and are too numerous to mention. I hope the Festool light that you did purchase during your last visit is serving you well, the fact that you were able to view it in store, talk through its benefits with a knowledgeable member of staff and take the item away with you are all advantages over some online dealers where this is not possible. Had it been financially viable to price match we would have done so but we can't be expected to match at any cost. I am sorry that you felt our service worthy of two separate 1 star reviews purely based on the fact that we were unable to price match, should you wish to discuss this further please do not hesitate to contact me. Staff is friendly but their prices are not specially for festool. Sometimes the difference is more then 10% so always shop around before you buy anything from them.

They never price match although same products are sold at much cheaper prices at other places, so always shop around. I have bad experience with them after spending thousands of pounds. So it is not worth it to buy from them, when you can buy cheaper at nuts and bolts specially festool products. Very unhappy customer.
