Ok this store never has anyone in it, but be prepared to wait a long time regardless. And when you finally get someone to help you they move at a snails pace, have NO idea what they are doing/talking about, and they are not the brightest tools in the box not to mention if they have anything it wont be in your size because apparently they only carry xsmall or xxl I know decathalon from living in France but here it seems like a Walmart than a sporting goods store I would rather go to another store and at least get competent service and find the product in stock I dont know why I go back, last time ever.
Hi Vlad, firstly we would like to thank you for your support of our brand. Secondly, we would like to provide more insight into the product you mentioned and help you with the issues. The Triban 100 is an entry-level road bike designed around comfort and geometry. Because of its entry-level status, it's not recommended to be used as a race bike. If a race bike would better suit your application, we have higher-range models well suited for longer rides, higher speeds, etc. Regarding warranty, wear and tear items like tires, tubes are not covered under our one-year warranty. These are items that WILL wear with use and by elements that are not within our control, i.e., running over sharp objects, road conditions, etc. However, wheel bearings are covered under our one-year warranty and can be serviced at either of our Bay Area locations, Potrero and Emeryville. Additionally, every bike purchased comes with a complimentary tune-up after 6 months. If the gears are not shifting well, this issue is addressed during the complimentary tune-up. We can address this in person at the store, or you may contact me at [email protected] at your convenience.

I bought the Triban RC 100 and although i was a big fan of Decathlon, this bike was having a lot of issues which are not covered by the guarantee: tires were punctured and wheel bearings of the front wheel was broken after only 5 months of basic usage. The rest is ok but the gear is not really solid either, you need to keep pushing on it for the lowest speed. So yep, i don't know for the other models but for race bike i would recommend something else. The

Decathlon is AWESOME! High quality products at reasonable prices, and everyone there is always so friendly. The manager, Yann, is always around to help. He knows everything about pretty much every product, and is always eager to help. And he is handsome as heck! Stop by, grab a wetsuit, and get lost in those dreamy blue eyes for awhile!

Beware of scam! They kept my items that I returned, no refund, wont send them back. I got scammed by this business. On April 4th, 2021, a customer was charged $69.99 for a pair of rollerblades that they ordered on Decathlon.com. The item the customer received did not fit as advertised and did not meet quality expectations. Since rollerblades are a wearable item, the customer had to try them on in order to figure these facts out. The rollerblades were returned but a refund was not given because warehouse staff deemed these items to be opened, damaged and/or used. Upon or during purchase, the customer was not notified of this companys unusual return policy. There is no mention that the customer is not allowed to ensure the product fits properly or test it for defects. There is no statement in the product description that notifies the customer of this return policy as well. The customer is deceived into thinking that the product they are buying is eligible for a return if it does not meet the description or is defective, yet there is no warning to the customer that the product may not be returned. The customer was charged for the product, sent it back for a refund, was not issued a refund, and now the company will not return the customers property. The company is requesting money in exchange for the customers property. The customer was not notified of any return fees prior to returning the item. The companys policy does not state a return fee is required at any point.
