I got Stargard GPS installed on a car I leased in late May. In June it stopped working. I've made repeat calls for requests for assistance and was told they would reset it and it needed 24 hours to take. I called again days later when it hadn't taken. Told they were doing a different reset needed up to 48 hours and they'd follow up with me the following week. A week later I called again and was told that the people I needed to help me weren't available but that I would get a call back.... a week later - no call back. and that has been the cycle I can't seem to get out of. It's now September and I have never heard from Stargard and yet I am still paying for the service through the finance company. My system still doesn't work, I will never purchase it again. Not only do I NOT RECOMMEND IT, I WOULD ADVISE YOU AGAINST IT as there's nothing more frustrating than paying for something and having PEOPLE REFUSE TO PROVIDE A FUNCTIONING PRODUCT.
A complete joke. Sometimes when car is driven away there is absolutely no notification. More often than not, takes anywhere from 10 minutes to several hours from cars movement to get notification. Whats the point???
Excelente atención Tuve problemas para acceder a mi cuenta. Llame a la oficina me atendieron muy bien y en español me dieron solución muy rápido. Y Listo, ya puedo acceder a mi cuenta.
The worst GPS service ...the worts!!!!!!.....it never have signal...never works properly. I got my car 4 months ago and I never could tracking it. This is useless and disappointing.
