I Had Ordered A Letterman Jacket For My Son was Supposed To Be A Christmas present on 12-08-17,bought a lot of extras to make the jacket look nice,was told it would take 4-6 weeks for the jacket to be completed,paid in full upon order of over 325.00,here it is almost march and still don't have the coat,NEVER 1 time did they call to keep me or my son updated, he had to call them just to get the run around,when all his friends got there coat within the 4-6 weeks,

I got my letterman jacket back in August in 2019 and an employee said that they would do everything, even the jacket. It took us a while to give them the patches and is was around December when we actually went back but once we did, they said they didnt do patches. Not only that, but one patch that we ordered 5 months ago was somehow out of stock. The worst part was that they recommended a lady that could put on the patches but she was not a professional. She is a student at ISU. I decided she probably knows what she is doing because Dalbeys recommended her but she waited the day she scheduled for us to meet to start suing and asked me how I wanted it. I had 6 patches in total. Three went on the arms and she did that fine (expect she asked me if I wanted it 02 or 20), one went on the front and that one is fine but I had two large Ps for the back. One was for my years in tennis and the other is because Im an honors student and she put the Ps right beside one another so now my jacket looks ridiculous from the back. There is also a ton of loose threads and she did not ask me how I wanted the back at all and I paid her $50 dollars for this and I am very unhappy. How come this place recommend someone who has no idea what they are doing? Altogether. My mom and I paid over $250 for this and its ridiculous

Really dissatisfied with this place. I gave them my phone number to call when order was done, they did not even write down the whole number (their words, not mine) and never called. Then this NEW shirt, worn and washed only 1 time and half the design came off (see attached photo).The prior owners never had this type of problem. This was a total waste of time and money when I was just trying to show my support while assisting my kids band competitions.
