They were not able to do the project I was wanting because their tools were not small enough. It isn't anyone's fault, but I can not determine their handymanship. The employees are nice though.

Went in to get two stickers made. Employees made it seem like they would get done promptly. I had to go around the corner to go eat some food and I paid over the phone and right after I paid they said they would be done in a week and a half, instead of the shorter frame the employee implie. .I guess I was just upset because I wasn't told all the information about the product before being charged. Also after I was refunded my money the receipt said I had been charged for five stickers instead of two. Just wasn't a very good experience but in the past they had made other stickers for me in less that twenty minutes so I don't know what the issue was

Fantastic service. Went in just looking for ideas of getting a shirt made for Horseshoe tournaments. I received outstanding service and the shirt turned out amazing. I will have them make several more. I really wish I could remember the name of the two employees that assisted me. It was on 09/21.

Hi there, Sorry that your experience was not great. There was a delay on the blank shirts coming in, we do apologize for this, but we explain to every customer at time of purchase that there is a 2cc base price for ink. If your image uses more than 2cc you will be charged for the extra cc's at time of pickup! (this way there is no surprise later.) This was explained to you and your brother at time of purchase as exclaimed!! I apologize that you didn't catch this then. Also for the ink you were shown printed shirts in the store for sizing and color. I think you may have been looking for something more along the lines of screen print or vinyl, I would try that next time. Hope your day gets better!!

Made order for 25 t shirts black and white payd for when i made order 250 dollars and was charged an extra 54 dollars when i picked up because they said they added more ccs of ink but graphix color came out very poor and grey instead of white . took way longer then the wait time i was givin i would not recommend doing business with colorado graphix
