Lindsey we advised you when you came in that we couldn't guarantee that this would fix it! The mechanic that actually replaced the heater controls on your vehicle (it wasn't us) couldn't do the programming? We didn't do the work to repair it and if you dig a little deeper I think you'll find that he didn't fix it in the first place! How was your review for him?

I brought my car in to have the heating/cooling unit programmed/calibrated because my heat hasnt worked since I bought the car July 2021. I paid $115 for the unit to be programmed/calibrated and the heat worked for 4 minutes as I drove away and then stopped working. I turned around and went back to the dealership and was told I would need to pay for a new diagnostic appointment and was offered no help or any reimbursement of any kind. This isnt the first issue Ive had with Ferris. This was my first purchase of a car and Ive had nothing but issues with the vehicle. I would sell the car if I could but Id never feel comfortable selling the car to someone knowing all the issues it has.
Nice place to bring in vehicle, they did an awesome job, and wasn't expensive for an oil change/new filter, tire rotation, inspection,all fluids checked and a wash. I definitely be back.

Terrible, just out to sell you what they can make the most money off of, also tried to put me in a car when I came to buy a truck, they just don't care about you
