Spent well over $2000 for business merchandise, the quality of material was good, but the colors of my logo including a sunrise were turned green and did not match what I gave them. I was not given the option to sample how the logo would turn out, they gave me a 50+ order minimum. I went back immediately after the purchase to which they acknowledged the mistake and apologized but offered no discounts, refunds, or anything. I hate to be a picky person but the difference in a sunrise being red and yellow vs green could be the difference in being able to sell the merchandise or not. This problem could be mitigated by offering samples to show how logos may turn out (for large orders) and offering discounts for future purchases when the product you produce does not match what your customer provided to you
It is nice to deal with honest highly qualified expertise. Went there thinking I had a transmission problem but it was a simple engine issue and they gave me good advice what to do
