I ordered a desk. It was delivered by a third party delivery company who noticed it was damaged. Home Gallery ordered a replacement part (glass top), but wouldnt leave the damaged desk (without the glass) to use until the replacement arrived. (Ive ordered from more reputable stores, and they have at least left the damaged item or given something to use in its place). They also couldnt tell me when the replacement might arrive except to say at a minimum, itll be 4 weeks. They have already charged me for the desk, but cant tell me when I might even get it. When I ask to cancel the order, they state they will charge me a %15 restocking fee. More aggravating, they were rude on the phone and refused to let me discuss with higher levels. Buyer beware. They are unethical.
Easy to order online. With all of the delays that covid has caused in the shipping world it took an incredibly long time to receive my stools. The stools did end up have a few minor imperfections on the leather and wood.
Only took a couple of weeks to arrive and was easy to assemble. The bench looks wonderful with the existing table almost as if it was made for each other! It is beautifully and wonderfully made.

Ordered bed in December. Still have not received it. BEWARE BUYERS! They will tell you it's on the way and then back to the beginning. We are having manufacturing delays, then its arrived at the warehouse, then there are pick up delays, then delivery delays....then it starts back at the beginning with it's not even made yet. IF YOU EVER WANT YOUR FURNITURE AND A TRUTHFUL DELIVERY PROCCESS, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. UPDATE: Furniture delivered completely damaged. They refused to replace it stating I had to have my new bed repaired instead of replaced. 2 installers and one repair team expert later, still no replacement nor solution. The bed cannot be repaired. Owner wake up and look at your company. BUYERS MOVE ON!
