You did order after the date we gave to guarantee in time for school, we gave you a full refund immediately which we gave to the child you sent in, we were never rude however you were told when you ordered that we would not guarantee you had it in time for school due to missing the cut off date. Don't want to give any star's but there isn't that option. Placed and paid for an order in store only to be told when I went back to receive my order that the supplier hadn't sent them the stock. I received no phone call and no correspondence. I emailed the company to express my disappointment only to be spoken to rudely and abruptly and was told that I shouldnt have left it so late to order so basically my own fault. She will make it as awkward as possible so that you feel unable to go and collect your refund.

Very confused by this review, we have had no complaints or negative remarks from p Clarke we also dont do badges, we do embroidery and printing and neither can fray, in the last month we have served 2500 customers but even one genuine complaint is too many shame he didnt make a complaint to us instead of going online

Terrible experience with this company. They didn't get the uniform to us even though we ordered before the cut off... It's been over a month and still no uniform has arrived. Will definitely go elsewhere for uniform next time. They did not have my order waiting and leaving me messages to collect. We specifically asked for delivery and they said they could. This is absolute BS. Would highly recommend NOT using this company. Trying to sort a review out from almost a year ago? Haha it's funny how low they'll stoop to try and make potential new customers look bad.
