Dear Jose, It is never our intention to disappoint a customer and we are very sorry for the way your website project ended. As you know, building an eCommerce website is a big project that always requires more time than expected. When it comes to timing, it is a shared responsibility and requires a client's input/time as well (regarding the content, images and other required information) to avoid any delay in the process and estimated time frame. During your project, as soon as we received the content and images from your end, our team did their best to update the demo URL as soon as possible. We do agree that the overall project's time-frame was exceeded (due to the addition/implementation of new features and changes to the website), and we did our best to complete all the suggested changes/implementations at as soon as possible. We are always working on way improve the level of our customer service, and sincerely apologize that we were not able to work together and get you project completed to your satisfaction.

Very bad communication. I give 3 date line and never complete. Show me the demo with 130 mistake. Sale person Brian and project manager Christy
I spent a lot of money with them to promote my business. $3095 to be exact for 4 months of promotion. After the 4 months there was zero improvement in sales. Yes, they showed me impressive page rankings and such but I can not take those to the bank. Don't waste your money on this.
Working with Brian was easy and enjoyable. He approached the job of revamping our website with enthusiasm. He walked me through every step of the way and was always readily available with follow-ups and changes. Our website looks exactly how we wanted it to look and feel. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.
