SLCC uses them for the POST academy. 1. They were very busy and it took forever for them to take my order up front 2. 2 weeks into the class, still did not have our orders for the class. 3. They called me up and wanted more money. After proving that I had paid in full (their mistake). I then had to go pick them up myself, adding even more miles. The other uniforms had been dropped off, but due to their mistake yet another trip.
Dropped off a product to have custom screen printed. Was told I would be e-mailed that following Monday with art work and to send back with approval. Never received the email and called that following Wednesday and was told they are busy but would send it by Thursday. I replied back to the e-mail and asked when it would be done but the e-mail was never replied back. I called the next business day and talked to the person handling my account and told her I needed it by next Friday and she said it would be sent out Monday and would be ready by Friday. When Friday came and haven't received a phone call saying it was ready for pick up I called them and was told it wasn't sent out! I will never go back to get work done! Three weeks to get a simple screen print for 1 shirt is pathetic.
