These amateurs got our gender wrong a service in which we paid 70 for, the staff at the hospital also advised that these people are not actually qualified so Im guessing the just hope and pray they get it right

Please avoid and take your money elsewhere, spoken to very rudely by both members of staff. Rang 4 times before I arrived and they reiterated so many times they hadn't received a voicemail. My partner said he had a mask in the car and was told "do you wanna go get it then". (They charge 1 per mask) Supposedly they offer a service but forget the customer actually pays for it. Baby was asleep so I was made to feel guilty that I hadn't eaten something sugary very patronisingly whilst having my scan. I actually have diabetes :/ I really invisioned this to be a place with a welcoming atmosphere but they don't even do the very basics such as respect when communicating with customers. I wont be returning and do not recommend in the slightest.

Have been to the Saltaire branch twice now and have to say each visit was amazing. Incredible staff and made to feel so welcome. can't wait to meet our little one!

Just come out of precious glimpse after having a early scan and we were so impressed with both the ladies they were so great with us. We were so grateful to come back the many times we did (3 times!) because baby was not as far as we thought- not many businesses would do this but they did. Such a lovely atmosphere as well and they put you at ease. Was really nervous with me being plus size but they were friendly and kind and it was so worth it to see something there and it gave us that piece of mind that we wanted, even though baby was still very small. Thank you so much xx

Been twice for a "reassurance" scan that became a nightmare. First time they said the embryo was measuring a week behind so they booked me in for a secon one a week later (this one for free). On the second one a "quick" lady told that she couldn't see the embryo at all. She given us the number of EPU and said she couldn't say anything else because she wasn't a doctor. This morning I been , after days crying, after an absolutely nightmare, to BRI and the embryo still there and everything seems to be ok at this point. At the hospital they told me that the staff at Precious Glimpse are not qualified and this is what happens when you go to not qualified people/places. Also I didn't been given any pictures of the scans done with them. Not happy at all, I do not raccomand it at all.
