I am about as technologically advanced as a gnat. I am setting up a website to do e-commerce rentals on medical devices I have available that change lives. I had no idea where to start, how to keep going and advancing through the process. Thank God for Ken. He's not only a top drawer professional, with the patience of Jobe and the expertise of Bill Gates. I'm really not kidding or exaggerating. His credentials are impeccable. He has not only helped with the launch, getting all of the information together to allow him to complete the website. But there have been numerous kinks along the way with shipping, setting up new emails, on and on where I'd end up ringing my hands or stay frozen with what appeared to be insurmountable complications at times and he was so fast and sooooo experienced he'd blow by these complications in seconds.
