Went in and no one came to assist us,so we sat down and waited after maybe 5 to 10 minutes with not even a word from anyone we left...not going there again....sad customer service,.it's not like they were busy...we was the only ones in there..!?!??!

Been there three times. Nice cut, but the reservation sytem sucks. The website is clumsy at best and when you are "checking in" it gives only an estimated time. My time went from 3 minutes to 9, the 29 and then 34. Will never ever go back. Terrible business model.
