They are the absolute worst! I didnt realize they were even my domain registrar until Friday, when my email and website were down. Ive tried phone calls, emails, chats and even tweeting them with no results so far. Ive provided state and government documents showing my name with the business name, along with the website file and my drivers license and they still havent reset my account so I could renew it. You cant talk to the account verification department and their outsourced call center keeps saying they will pass along the information. This has been a nightmare with them.

Very bad. They have withdrawn money for a domain that I have not used for a long time and refuse to return the money. I do not recommend contacting.
