Rude owner, limited business hours make it clear he is only interested in bulk orders from large groups and cares nothing about the individual customer. FCPS and all the local leagues should rebid their business. He especially doesnt care about the working mother or women who speak in general.

Awesome customer service! I emailed Burke Sporting Goods (after hours) to see if they could monogram a blanket that I wanted to give as a gift. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply minutes later that confirmed they could do it and included a price estimate and the expected turn around time. I brought the blanket in the next day, and they helped me finalize the font, thread color, size, and placement. (One corner of the blanket was already embroidered and I wanted the monogram to be the same scale.) It turned out great and Im very happy with it. Cant wait to see how the recipient likes it!

Had a great experience working with Burke Sporting Goods on a large order for company t-shirts. Jake was great at communicating during the process, and we were able to efficiently complete the order. Looking forward to working with them again!

Would not recommend, poor customer service and unwilling to stand behind their work. Not to mention the cost seemed rather expensive especially when were not satisfied. They refused to make it correct. Listen learned, go some place else!!!
