I read all the reviews and saw nothing but great reviews besides the one from 6 years ago who had nothing but terrible things to say. Honestly that person said what I felt. Just recently on March 8th I ordered personalized hoodie and tshirt for my son, for his schools track team that he was a member of. Looking at the sizes and knowing from buying clothes for my son, I was kind of hesitant for ordering a YL and I didn't see an YXL because he is built, so I ordered an Adult Small. When we rcvd the 2 items on March 27th he was disappointed because the Adult Small fit him like a YM. When I emailed and asked whether or not you do exchanges or returns I was told that your policy is not to do either. So I am basically out of 47$ and my son is not able to wear his Midwest Impressions shirt or hoodie representing his middle school. The owner stated on the one bad review that this company would work with people but I clearly didn't receive that same attitude towards my issue. I will not say don't buy from this company, but I will say that I will not purchase any item through my sons school that involves Midwest Impressions. have a nice day

If you want Lazy quality and a stuck up unhelpful crew then Midwest Impressions is the place to go. They over charge for shirts that look like they just came form a third world nation benefit rally and when you point this out to them they have no problems but turning you away and handing you your Donald Trump size bill with a smurk on their face. All in all there is plenty of shirt companies in the USA this one deserves to be in china the way they treat there customers. Warning This Company Just Wants to steal your money Stay Away From Midwest Impressions
