Edit: it's been 6 months now since the initial install, and things are still not resolved. It has been a complete headache to get them to come and fix things. Also directed to a different person who claims it's someone else's fault. We still have the whole in the wall. Some one threw spackle all over it, but told us they won't do anything else to fix or remedy there mistake. They also continue to ignore our requests to remedy the landscaping they completely chopped down. DO NOT RECOMMEND I am very displeased with my experience with Window Nation. To sum it all up, their communication is terrible and all over the place. From the start, the saleswoman was very pushy and over-promised. She sold us on a lovely experience that simply has not happened. We waited for 5 months for our windows to come in from the manufacturer. I don't necessarily fault them for this because the supply chain is still really slow. We were told we would have window nation guys come to our house for the install, but we did not. The workers were not from window nation, were dressed sloppily, and did sloppy work. Dirt, broken glass, and random pieces parts were left on our window sills and around the house. One of the workers smashed a hole into our wall, and is expecting us to fix it. 3 of our 8 windows are still not done, due to install issues and manufacturer issues. The foreman blamed the manufacturer for the issues, and a guy who came to remeasure those 3 windows blamed the installer. I'm not sure who to believe. I have received multiple emails about the completion of our project , which is NOT DONE, and how we need to pay. They have also tried to force our hand in giving a five star review. I called to try and get some answers and again detail our issues, only to be given the response of someone else will call you to address the issues. This has still not happened. Complete dissatisfaction and would not recommend them to anyone after this ongoing conundrum.

Alex was absolutely fantastic. Cant wait to work with him again. edited Nothing like our appointment being canceled 15 mins before they where supposed to be here To install the windows If we had canceled the window install less then 24 hours we would have been charged a $350 fee.

Im so glad we went with Window Nation. From start to finish all employees have been very professional and responsive to our concerns and questions. Max, our sales rep, was very knowledgeable in the products he was selling, he answered all our question prior to purchase thoroughly and in detail. The window production timeframe was communicated to us well, updates via email regularly. Our installers were top notch, there were five men that came to install over two days. They were very professional and skilled at their craft. Amazingly they removed the old and installed forty six new windows in one day, leaving only the flashing for the second day. They never seemed rushed, but work methodically and diligently together. We could not be more please with this whole process and will definitely be using Window Nation again for any additional work on our remaining windows or doors.

So long story short, I asked for white windows when the salesman was out then decided before the salesman left my that now I want black windows he said ok I got it two months went by they call to schedule I ask about the windows they tell me they are white I thats wrong I order black windows they suggest I would have to pay for the white windows and also pay for all new black one, so that want me to pay for double the windows I ask for to fix there mistakes no happing we finally agree they will paint the black fine I accept one month later they call for install date we set it they show up to install with white windows when they agreed to paint them black I tell they are not installing them he calls his boss, and the boss asked me what do we need to do for you to have the white windows install offer me 2500$ off I take it because I am so mad I just want this to be over bam two months later none of the windows lock I call try to get someone out they tell someone will contact shortly to set it up so we get a call and the women that called us thinks we are new customers and need a estimate on all new windows I tell her we just need our windows that you install repaired because they dont lock so she transfer me to some department thats closed then ten minutes later call and ask for a Completely different person we say no we going to get our windows repaired because they dont look that you installed and then boom 15 minutes after that we got another call from a donation asking for a different person than the first person to ask for I have no idea how they are and n business at all you cant get in touch with any of the higher ups this company is utterly incompetent If youre thinking of using them trust me done the only way I would ever recommend them is if they come out to my house and give me all new black windows at no charge which is what they should have done from the beginning This company is a complete Circus. If youre considering them, dont run away run away fast
