Do not work with Frisco Printing & Graphics Center. Regardless of the actual print itself, the people who work there are not good people. Myself and members of my team were directly insulted despite doing everything in our power to keep conversations civil and professional. We asked (in writing) for a specific request. Apparently our request wouldn't print correctly, but instead of telling us that, they just printed the file anyways, which obviously came out wrong. When asked why they didn't warn us that their services would not meet our goals they resorted to calling us idiots with too low of IQs to engage with. They took no responsibility for delivering a product that explicitly ignored what we were requesting. They refused to reprint or make any other form of amends.

The reason I ranked this company a one star was because of one person named Peggy. As a founder of a startup company, I was looking online for a printing company. Thats where I stumbled upon their site. The site looked bad... As I was on the phone with her, she put me in an abrupt hold and when she returned, I was discussing how their website needed work and was about to ask for pricing on their brochures, letters, folders, etc. for our marketing purposes but, she HUNG UP!! What type of behavior is this? You just lost a $100,000 client. Good job Peggy!

It is difficult to find a company that creates consistent results with great quality and fair pricing. Frisco Printing does this with ease. Their staff is knowledable and makes it look easy. They know the media and software and have no problem helping you out with a look or feel for your project if need be. I know that nothing will be printed without my approval. Though it could be, because any error in the project would be mine, not theirs. I have never gotten anything but the best from this company and will recommend them to anyone in need of a printing service.

The customer service is acceptable. The prints themselves are good quality. Only thing I order is blueprints. It says 3 stars but I'd really give 3.5. Most of the time they didn't have the print stapled, so I would have to either try to staple it myself (some prints thicker than others) or just roll it up as is (right in front of them). That might be the way they want to do it here, which is fine. The main thing for me is the prices for printing blueprints here is too high. My main place is further away, but they get my print done in no more than 2 hours, have it stapled, rolled up with a rubber band around it, labeled, and in my own box to pick up. All of that and substantially cheaper! I will just go ahead and pay the extra gas & tolls, as even with all that added on I still save 20-30% per print. Nice people and good work, just not for my blueprint needs.
