There are lots of good shops to buy toys out there to bother with this one! Essential part of one of the toys was missing, while clearly seen on the photos from this shop. We wrote to them and they reply please write to the maker of the toy. The maker replied that they sell the toy with that essential part included, the Wooden Wagon sells what you received. We are very disappointed, we need to send the toy back and pay for return in the post office! Update: The Wooden Wagon reimbursed the full price of that toy telling us we can keep it. My wife is not happy because of her overall experience, but we are happy to have our money back and not going to the post office.

I was happy when I found this shop thinking how many good toys are there. But after my first order for USD168 I am very disappointed. I made an order looking at the pictures of the toys on their website. But I received not what is on those pictures! When I wrote them they replied that the description of the toy doesn't state clearly that I will receive the toy on the picture!!! Now to receive my money back I need to send the toy back at my expense. Shopping here I ended up not having the toy I wanted at the time I wanted it and paying post office expenses. Update: After the review the shop refunded USD 36 - the full amount for that particular toy telling me I can keep that toy and they doesn't want me to send it back. While not having the best customer service, I have my money back and can save time on going to the post office. Hope my child will find use for the part of the toy as well.

I have been buying from The Wooden Wagon for years and I am continually impressed with the breadth of their selection (they seem to find wonderful new things every season!) and their great customer service. They've helped me get just the right gift and they are super fast to reply to inquiries. Beautiful packing and shipping too. We have bought toys for our kids, folk art for friends and relatives, and decorations for ourselves -- always really happy when their packages arrive!
