Been a loyal costumer for years to Chucks Boots, drove up and checked out the new boot store , Boot Barn what a joke, no costumer service I would guess all the sales associates get buckles and boots with the new cowboy hat they wear to work. I guess thats why Chucks Boots never leave my feat. Keep up the great service Chucks.

Chucks has been great for western boots, but I'm sad they don't have my go-to Red Wing work boots. Customer service has either been Top Notch or non-existent, but I understand bad days at work and such. Keep up the good work yall love ya.
