everyone who moves here moves out as soon as they can - the place is athesitcally beautiful but very badly made. terrible noise insulation - if you want to live somewhere were you can hear every move and conversation from your neighbours and vice versa then go ahead but if you appreciate privacy and quiet then this place is not for you. You WILL hear babies, you WILL hear dogs and you WILL hear music/TV and even conversations from other apartments. Seems like the builders cheaped out and rushed the construction of the building. Avoid.

I signed a contract to buy a condo and the developer decided to go rental. This realtor never told us about this possibility. It took us a lot of time and effort to get our money back. Stick with the classic realty firms. This is not reliable.

I have lived in the Printhouse Lofts for the past 2 years, and I am sad to be moving out! The apartments themselves are lovely, and the management and maintenance staff are attentive and respectful. Greystar is a responsive management company, and I felt confident in the company's ability to meet my needs with any apartment- or building-related requests. I would recommend the Printhouse Lofts to anyone looking to get a true loft experience in Williamsburg.

The apartments offer simply amazing new-york industrial features, space and quietness with great amenities. Noise can be heard from times to times but overall isolation in my experience is good and my 4th floor flat is a resting Oasis. Location in quintessential Williamsburg is simply amazing between McCarren Park, Brooklyn river and all the charming Bars, Restaurants and shopping the Bedford Avenue area offers. With the L Line only partial closure, this remains a stone throw from Union Square and Downtown Manhattan. Grey Star Management displays real interest to their tenants. They're tolerant and show close attention to tenants need, while also trying to emulate the building's life with Breakfasts / Yoga Classes / Rooftop gatherings for example. Overall a great place to be!
