My first order was ready pretty quick and the hats were great! However the emblem on my shirts was right over the beast which looked not so good on women. I made a second order and waited a lot longer and it was a smaller order. When I went to pick up my order, the print on the front was not right and the owner told that they had no idea when they would have my hats ready because they had an order of jackets that came in. It kind of makes a person feel like their smaller order doesn't matter if a bigger one comes in. I've been waiting on those shirts and hats for weeks. I wish they would have told me before now that they wouldn't be ready before Christmas. I was told a week and they would be ready, when I called 3 weeks ago to check the status. Now I have to figure out what to give my customers for Christmas. I won't be using this place again. Huge disappointment.

Hats were great! But print on front was too low on beast. Next order took weeks to get in. When I went to pick up my order, the print on the front of the t shirts was not correct and I was told that due to a jacket order that had come in, my hats had not been done and they had no idea when they could get to them. I cancelled both the t shirts and the hats. I ordered these in October and was told 3 weeks ago that my order would be ready in a week..? These were to be Christmas gifts for my customers so now what am I supposed to do? I am so disappointed in Sap Town T's. If I tell my customers something, I make it happen or would at least have the decency to notify them if there was an issue. I would have appreciated the same from this company. I won't be doing business with them in the future. I will find someone who understands and practices customer service.

These Ladies are amazing! They designed our Valentine shirts they were so cute. great quality and the girls had so much fun designing them for us. Tina is a hoot. She made a very stressful process of designing that is usually so stressful into a blast of laughing and just a day of fun! We will always use Sap Town for all out shirts!!
