I have ordered and purchased multiple pieces from True South Custom Design, most being of the Jeep category . Each and every one was created and crafted with much care and honed skill that these two people have perfected in there years making there varied metal art pieces. I reached out to Chad back in November to ask if they could special make me a much larger sized version of one of there most impressive JEEP pieces. They responded very quickly and enthusiastically , they said it would be NO problem, and provided me with a pricing list for that item and the available sizes. I ordered the size I thought would work for the purpose I intended it for , I paid half the invoice up front and then the final half just before they shipped it to me. They communicate very well and will answer any questions or concerns you have with very informed answers so you feel good and comfortable with the process. The item was very large that I ordered, but was delivered very fast , even with the supply chain issues and delivery company issues going on affecting most online businesses. They were even so on top of it they messaged me to ask and make sure I received my package and that it was not left outside for too long . They packaged the piece they did for me very very well , It was packaged with lots of love and care , which is what you want to see happen with something you love and admire so very much .I cannot say enough about Chad and Jennifer, and the small business they have worked so hard for and deserve all the high accolades for the skill and care they put into every single project they create. If you love and appreciate very rustic and country themed metal artwork , if you are getting ready to decorate your cabin or your country themed house, or like In my case you are a JEEP owner and love your Jeep , you must see all the work they have to offer. Im positive you will find many pieces you will have to own and would be very excited to receive and put up in your home. As soon as I can save some more money and afford it , I will be going online and ordering a few more pieces that Ive had my eye on for awhile. Great people to work with. Weve had two signs done and they are phenomenal. Not really sure how we wanted the signs to look, but, after sending design elements to them, they kept working to help us get exactly what we had envisioned. Very professional and timely completion of work too. Recommend this company and will use them again

Jennifer and Chad made a fantastic Elk sign for our house. We gave them our ideas and they sent us an email with a sample of our sign. It was just what we wanted! They are very friendly and professional, our order was processed in a timely manner. Their prices are very reasonable! We highly recommend True South!!!!!
