Possibly the worst customer service ever. I ordered my dream stove from Europe and the deliver was completely bungled. It is a nightmare....

This company is not reliable or profession. I had a delivery that was scheduled for Dec 15th. I did not receive any type of communication from the company regarding this schedule. I was able to obtain their customer service rep who transferred me to the Seattle office to get a window for the delivery, which was between 12-4 pm. At 5 pm on the 15th, I called to get an update and I was told it would not be until 8pm. They rescheduled it for Saturday the16th at 10am. It is after 10 and now one is here or has called with an update. They made it hard to do my normal errands because I was left in the unknown. Professionally, they are horrible. No updates. They make excuses such as his girlfriend tried to wake him, but he wouldnt wake up. They had some call in and they couldnt find the keys for the truck. They sounded disoriented and their route seemed to be disorganized. The shipping office or warehouse is in Kent WA, so Im confused as to why the driver claimed he was from Los Angeles and didnt know the area/state. I purchased this through a military store and I am very surprised this is the kind of company they chose to represent them and deliver for them. I definitely would not recommend this company. If you are a business, find a better reputable delivery company.
