Horrible, its been 4 months. Ive spent over $2k in extra charges. Never use
I had nothing but a horrible experience with them. The error made by the vessel to deliver our cargo was mostly to blame however the communication and customer service provided was worse than poor. Especially Danny Din. Please consider taking your business elsewhere. I have spent well over $5000 and hours of loading and unloading and all of my goods are still right where they were before this fiasco all started.

I worked with Nitin K who was really terrific! He stayed ahead of the game at each step and kept in touch on the actual day of delivery. My shipment arrived on time, and was delivered with care and professionalism. I'd recommend Nitin and AIR 7 Seas to anyone!

Good experience. One of the best & international FREIGHT FORWARDING COMPANY IN NEPAL.
I strongly advise everybody not to use AIR 7 SEAS. They are very unprofessional and uncooperative. They do not respect their contractual obligation. They postponed 3 times the loading dates and forced me to pay the apartment rent for an extra month. They use malicious ways to make you pay out of the agreed terms. They withheld my OBL and the registration title of my vehicle and yet these were my property/documents and used them to blackmail me and have me pay out of our agreed terms. They also add cost that were not part of their invoice and when questioned they just keep silent instead of giving clarifications. Their unprofessionalism caused delay of the container at the port as it could not be discharged without these documents. When contacted, they keep changing interlocutors wasting time and avoiding to answer the questions or clarifications requested, instead insisting on paying out of the agreed terms. Today, the container is still on half-way at a port before delivery to the destination and is accruing storage cost. Contemplating taking them to court for damages being caused.
