Problematic customer service and bad quality clothes with a touch of fat phobia: I will say they are one of kind pieces and there are some kind individuals who work here BUT the last time I went in there they were following me around the store , staring, and not a welcome in sight theyve watched Pretty Woman one too many times. Asking where did I put something back and they have some nerve. The reason I was looking around and going through pieces is because there was extremely bad seam work and polyester (otherwise plastic) clothes for designer prices that you can find replicas of in Chinatown. Saying something is from Israel if you did a bit of reading.. is ridiculous Anyone whose spending at this location is doing it for ghetto south side flash and not well made materials that will last a lifetime. Even the workers outfits that theyve amassed for themselves looks like the store vomited on them and will change when they get home. And Ive noticed they turn their nose up at plus size shoppers. Which is ridiculous because theyre on 87th of all places. Back to Montrose I go. And I will be passing this info on to make potential shoppers aware.
