I've been going to this salon to see Joie for years. Last week, I left my house for the first time after having a baby for a haircut. I had a baby sitter in my house and it was a huge effort to make it to the salon but I made it. Turns out Joie doesn't work here anymore. The salon didn't even bother to call to tell me or cancel my appointment. It was super rude and unprofessional. Huge waste of my time!
